PROPERTY
Peyrecout is an old farmhouse from the 19th century (1861), in exposed stones, on a 1.25 ha property based in the town of Laparrouquial, in the Ségala Tarn region. In a landscape of mountains and valleys where the Vaour and Aveyron flow, the property is located north of the golden triangle: Gaillac and its vineyards, Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Cordes-sur -Sky labeled most beautiful village in France in 2014.
The property is 40 km from Rodez airport and 12 km from La Roucarié lake, where you can practice many water activities. Private parking is available on site. To date, Peyrecout offers you three lodgings for rent , restored with charm and authenticity, and two large guest rooms furnished with care. Each accommodation has a private bathroom. During hot summer days, our 11 x 6m swimming pool will allow you to cool off while enjoying the sun.

Isabelle has worked more than 25 years as an executive in a multinational specialized in fast food whose name begins with a Mr. Jean-Marc, also known as “Bjoran”, is one of the pioneers of electronic sport in France and beyond, co-founder of the Millenium site and one of the largest competitive teams of the same name which crisscrossed France and the rest of the world between 2005 and 2015.
This lodging project had germinated in their heads for many months, but the crush on visiting the Peyrecout site was a real accelerator. A few sleepless nights later and mountains of boxes, they embarked dog and cat for the great migration between Aubagne and Laparrouquial in spring 2021.
